About KLASSCI
KLASSCI is a school management platform published from Abidjan by African Digit Consulting. Higher education and secondary institutions in Côte d'Ivoire use it to run their enrolments, grades, report cards, attendance and school fees.
The publisher
KLASSCI is a product of African Digit Consulting, a company based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
KLASSCI is a product name, not a company. There is no legal entity called "KLASSCI": the company that publishes the software, contracts with institutions and answers for this site is African Digit Consulting. We say so because the question comes up at signing time.
The team that writes the software is the team that installs it, trains its users and answers when something goes wrong. There is no integrator between the institution and the workshop.

Since 2023
The first institutions were onboarded from 2023 onwards. Every feature answers a situation observed in a working institution: a grade entry session that never finished, a payment reconciliation done by hand, a report card that would not come out in the format the ministry expected.
That explains choices other vendors do not make: a separate database per institution, pages designed to hold up on a slow connection, an enrolment portal that works from a phone.
What the product covers
- The LMD system of the UEMOA area — teaching units, constituent elements, credits, semesters, compensation, examination boards.
- Report cards and transcripts, in the formats Ivorian authorities expect, with averages, ranks and honours computed rather than retyped.
- School accounting — fee categories, instalment plans, collections, reminders, receipts, financial statements.
- Attendance, recorded during the session from a phone.
- Timetables and teaching-hour tracking, planned and then compared with what actually happened.
- Online enrolment and re-enrolment, open to families from this site.
Three editions exist depending on the type of institution: university and higher education, secondary school, and online learning.
The institutions this site names
This site names the institutions whose online enrolment portal is open to the public. They appear on the enrolment page and on the home page, with the logo and name they set themselves in their own instance. You can therefore check them without taking our word for it: open the portal, and the school is either there or it is not.
That list is not our client base; it is the public part of it. An institution that handles enrolment at its counter rather than online does not appear, which says nothing about whether it is with us.
We do not publish an aggregate headline figure of the "N schools, N students" kind: that number cannot be verified from the outside, ours no more than anyone else's. The check that is worth something is to ask for named institutions of a size comparable to yours, and to call them. We provide them on request.
What we publish
- Sourced regulatory guides — setting up a private institution, the LMD system, computing averages. Every claim points to the text that carries it, and points no public source settles are flagged as such.
- Open product documentation, in French and English, including the API reference and the changelog.
- A page devoted to security describing hosting, backups, access and limits, rather than a list of adjectives.
